Melissa Jackson Holloway, J.D., brings 30 years of legal experience and more than two decades of leadership as a university general counsel and senior executive. She has advised presidents, chancellors, governing boards, and leadership teams on governance, compliance, enterprise risk, organizational structure, and complex institutional decisions.
